Sometimes you need that card that is versatile, simple and elegant. When that is the case you can’t go wrong with the classic color combination of black and white. That was my starting point and inspiration for this card created with the Beauty Abounds stamp set. I think I accomplished the goal of versatile, simple and elegant. What do you think? Supplies:
- Stamps – Beauty Abounds (148726)
- Card Stock – Basic Black (121045); Whisper White (100730); Thick Whisper White (140272)
- Stamp Pads – Memento Tuxedo Black (132708)
- Misc – Rhinestone Basic Jewels
Measurements: All measurements are in inches
- Thick Whisper White Card Stock – 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″
- Basic Black Card Stock – 4″ x 5 1/4″
- Whisper White Card Stock – 3 3/4″ x 5″
Instructions:
- Fold your Thick Whisper White card stock in half to create a 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ card base
- Use your Whisper White piece to stamp your flourishes. Align your flourishes slightly off the paper to get the overlapping pack that reaches the center of the card
- Stamp your sentiments on to the card stock around the flourishes
- Adhere the piece of black card stock to the card base, then adhere the stamped white piece atop the black piece
- After your card is all assembled, add your rhinestones for a finished embellished look
